Lloyd Jarkow

Education: Master of Business Administration - UCLA Anderson Bachelor of Science - Cornell University   Mr. Jarkow is the Chief Financial Officer of Vidaris, Inc. and a member of the executive leadership team. Bringing over 25 years of finance experience to Vidaris, Lloyd’s responsibilities include accounting, financial reporting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and tax. With past positions within the real estate, telecommunications and engineering services sectors, Lloyd has led both public and private companies through rapid growth, international expansion and complex restructuring. His strengths include corporate finance, strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions.

Glen Waller

Education: Masters in Finance - Keller Graduate School of Management Bachelor of Arts in Accounting - Dowling College   Mr. Waller serves as Vice President, Human Resources & Administration for the enterprise. He has enterprise-wide responsibility for Human Resources, Information Technology and Administration. Functions include but are not limited to: workplace effectiveness, benefits, compensation, recruiting, employee relations, communications, leadership development, performance management, payroll, system infrastructure, data recovery, facility management, and overall Corporate Operations integration and support. Mr. Waller was part of the team that integrated the legacy brands Israel Berger and Associates (IBA) and Viridian Energy & Environmental into Vidaris from a legal, compliance, and operational perspective. He was also directly involved in integrating Lucius Pitkin (now LPI, Inc.) into the corporate structure, redefining benefit programs and implementing newer technology to manage Human Capital. He has 19 years of experience in human resources, financial and human capital systemsplatforms, M & A activities and integration, global shared service centers, budgets and organizational management with prominent industry leading organizations domestically and internationally such as Brookfield Asset Management, Tribune Company, and CDW. Mr. Waller holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a major in Finance, along with an undergraduate degree in Accounting.

Alexander Argento

Education: Bachelor of Art in History - Oglethorpe University, Atlanta, Georgia   Mr. Argento joined the firm in 1998, and over the years has served as Corporate Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice President. Mr. Argento had a senior leadership role in combining the operations of Israel Berger & Associates and Viridian Energy & Environmental in 2011.  In 2012, he continued in the development of the technical and administrative operations of Vidaris, Inc. - now serving as the conduit and corporate framework through which all brands and current service offerings are provided. Currently, as the Senior Vice President and Director of Operations he oversees and provides leadership for client communications, contract negotiations, administration and the business development departments.  As Vidaris continues to grow, he coordinates the opening and management of satellite offices. Mr. Argento’s work as a senior relationship manager for Vidaris can be exemplified on projects, such as MGM City Center in Las Vegas, Nevada and the Hotel Bel Air in Beverly Hills, California.  Currently he is collaborating with Vidaris’ senior management team in the performance of our services on the World Trade Center redevelopment project in New York City which comprises approximately 7 million square feet of commercial, office, retail and institutional construction. Before joining Vidaris, Mr. Argento worked as a Project Manager for Pavarini Construction.
