Mr. Graceffa has over 20 years of professional experience. As an architect and project manager, he specializes in practical application of environmentally-conscious design approaches and advanced materials research. He is currently the Director of Energy Services and project manager on numerous green building consulting projects. Mr. Graceffa has experience working on numerous multi-family residential buildings, commercial interiors, schools, cultural institutions, and large urban developments. Through Mr. Graceffa’s experience in delivering well-designed, well-coordinated and detailed projects, he is able to bring a collaborative approach to the sustainable design and building process and help realize a client’s sustainability objectives.

As Regional Director, Ms. Peevey leads Vidaris’ Building Envelope growth opportunities for the Texas and surrounding area. Throughout her career, Ms. Peevey has participated in a wide variety of projects for the investigation, evaluation, repair, and construction of structural, architectural, and material related building problems. Her experience includes the investigation, evaluation, analysis, repair design, and construction monitoring for building envelope and building structural problems. She specializes in design peer review, BECx, and failure investigation, evaluation, repair design, testing and construction monitoring of building envelope systems. Ms. Peevey is an active member of several professional societies and has published and extensively presented on building envelope related topics.

Lloyd Jarkow

Education: Master of Business Administration - UCLA Anderson Bachelor of Science - Cornell University   Mr. Jarkow is the Chief Financial Officer of Vidaris, Inc. and a member of the executive leadership team. Bringing over 25 years of finance experience to Vidaris, Lloyd’s responsibilities include accounting, financial reporting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and tax. With past positions within the real estate, telecommunications and engineering services sectors, Lloyd has led both public and private companies through rapid growth, international expansion and complex restructuring. His strengths include corporate finance, strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions.

Adrian Tuluca

  • in general, energy use and energy cost
Where appropriate, he and his team combine energy efficiency with moisture condensation and thermal comfort analyses (THERM, WUFI and CFD modeling). This is important for renovations, but it is also a good tool to ensure comfort and to avoid moisture problems in residential buildings, and for spaces with large glass areas, such as atriums and tall office spaces. Mr. Tuluca works closely with Vidaris’ Envelope team, using synergy to get savings not always intuitive to the design team. He has analyzed hundreds of millions of sf of facilities, achieving energy savings from 20% to over 50% to net zero, using a whole-building approach with LEED ratings up to Platinum. Locally, Mr. Tuluca led a team that trained the NYC DOB on Energy Code compliance; advised on the NYC Local Law 86 that required 20-30% energy cost savings vs code; and on advisory teams for PlaNYC2030, green zoning, and other initiatives.

Marc Weissbach

Registered Architect: CT, FL, MA, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, TX, VA, Puerto Rico Education: Bachelor of Architecture - University of Miami   Mr. Marc Weissbach is a Registered Architect with expertise in building enclosure systems since 1987. He is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Vidaris, Inc. and is a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Weissbach recognized the ever-widening gap amongst building ownership, design professionals, and construction specialists as building systems have become more complex and codes have become more stringent. He has been transforming the firm to view buildings holistically, to respond to the most efficient, effective solutions that meet performance and operational goals and objectives. Active in Code development, Mr. Weissbach serves as Chair of the New York City Department of Buildings Construction Requirements and Materials Committee, responsible for reviewing the Building Code for revision. He is a member of the Department of Buildings Managing Committee and is called upon by governing agencies of other jurisdictions to share knowledge and experience for incorporation into model codes. Recognized as an expert in his field, he assists in resolving construction related failures and disputes, his testimony has been recorded in Local, State and Federal matters, and he is listed on he American Arbitration Association’s National Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators for large commercial and construction disputes. Mr. Weissbach has experience working with LEED-Certified projects and has an extensive portfolio of projects in all market sectors. Notable projects include Freedom Tower (Tower One) at the World Trade Center as well as Tower 4 and the National September 11th Museum and Memorial.

Glen Waller

Education: Masters in Finance - Keller Graduate School of Management Bachelor of Arts in Accounting - Dowling College   Mr. Waller serves as Vice President, Human Resources & Administration for the enterprise. He has enterprise-wide responsibility for Human Resources, Information Technology and Administration. Functions include but are not limited to: workplace effectiveness, benefits, compensation, recruiting, employee relations, communications, leadership development, performance management, payroll, system infrastructure, data recovery, facility management, and overall Corporate Operations integration and support. Mr. Waller was part of the team that integrated the legacy brands Israel Berger and Associates (IBA) and Viridian Energy & Environmental into Vidaris from a legal, compliance, and operational perspective. He was also directly involved in integrating Lucius Pitkin (now LPI, Inc.) into the corporate structure, redefining benefit programs and implementing newer technology to manage Human Capital. He has 19 years of experience in human resources, financial and human capital systemsplatforms, M & A activities and integration, global shared service centers, budgets and organizational management with prominent industry leading organizations domestically and internationally such as Brookfield Asset Management, Tribune Company, and CDW. Mr. Waller holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a major in Finance, along with an undergraduate degree in Accounting.

Nathan Walker

Registered Architect: NY Professional Engineer: NY Additional Certifications: LEED AP Education: Bachelor of Architectural Engineering - The Pennsylvania State University   Mr. Nathan Walker has over 20 years of diverse architectural experience focused on technical design consulting, feasibility, and forensics throughout the US and abroad. He has worked on many prestigious buildings in New York and overall has been involved in more than 200 projects ranging from large-scale new developments and campuses to the preservation and adaptation of landmark buildings.

Robert Vecchio

Professional Engineer Education: Ph.D. Metallurgical Engineering – Lehigh University Master of Science in Metallurgical Engineering – Lehigh University Master of Science in Civil - Structural Engineering – Manhattan College Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, Supplement in Materials Science – University of Southern California   Dr. Robert Vecchio has been with LPI, Inc. (Lucius Pitkin) since 1985, currently as CEO and managing Principal (Partner), specializing in fitness-for-service, fatigue, and fracture mechanics analyses of structures. In addition to day-to-day company management, his responsibilities include fracture mechanics, stress and failure analyses, as well as oversight of mechanical behavior, fatigue and fracture testing and engineering computer software development and application. Dr. Vecchio is a licensed Professional Engineer. In addition to his responsibilities at LPI, Inc., Dr. Vecchio is also an Assistant Professor at Manhattan College where he teaches a graduate course in fracture mechanics and fatigue analyses. Over the past 20 years Dr. Vecchio has participated in some of New York City’s most challenging infrastructure issues, such as the Hell Gate gas main and Gramercy Park steam main explosions, the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, the 4 Times Square scaffolding collapse, the Washington Heights black-out, and the tragic rescue and recovery efforts following the collapse of the World Trade Center towers. At LPI, Dr. Vecchio has been involved in many critical engineering assessments involving various New York City agencies, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. In addition, LPI has participated in the evaluations of almost all the NYC bridges and tunnels. In this regard, LPI recently completed an extensive engineering evaluation and testing program, which is currently being implemented for the replacement of the suspender cables on the George Washington Bridge – a major structural overhaul to one of NYC’s most critical transportation links. For the MTA, LPI has assisted the Long Island and Metro North Railroads in evaluating their equipment, in particular assisting these agencies in their ongoing efforts to operate such equipment in a safe and reliable manner. Similarly, LPI has evaluated extensive cracking problems in buses, subway cars, ambulances, and sanitation vehicles for the MTA and NYC.
