Ms. Michelle Maxwell joined Vidaris’ Marketing Department in 2013. With the firm’s rebranding in 2011 from Israel Berger and Associates (IBA) and Viridian Energy and Environmental (Viridian) into Vidaris, Inc., and the 2012 acquisition of LPI, Inc., a major role has been to clarify the corporate identity through both verbal and graphic mediums. She upholds editorial standards and enforces writing standards and guidelines.
With her design background, Ms. Maxwell identifies and sources content to create and manage all of the firm’s marketing materials for each of its offices. She develops and delivers targeted marketing campaigns both by customer and by customer type. She is also responsible for coordinating the company’s planning and continuous improvement of its marketing efforts.
Jump-starting Vidaris’ social media platforms, she now manages the accounts by monitoring industry news and developing content to provide organic traffic to Vidaris. She is also the manager of the company website, of which she had a key role in redesigning and launching in October 2014. The site was improved not only graphically but also functionally, promoting the synergy of the brand and its services.
Recent accomplishments include launching the firm’s first internal newsletter and debuting a new database (Hubspot) with marketing and sales platforms. The newsletter promotes and enhances intercommunication and transparency of the firm and its brands, while the database was instituted for internal efficiency.
Additional roles include sending press releases, assisting with the development and monitoring of the marketing budget, editing PowerPoint presentations for graphic enhancements and consistency and sourcing and maintaining corporate promo items for giveaways both internally and externally.
