Constructed in 1955 by Emery Roth & Sons as the Colgate-Palmolive Building, 300 Park Avenue’s setbacks echoed the Pre-War era while its glass and steel construction represented the very latest in corporate chic.  Vidaris consulted on both a metal panel over-clad of the exterior facades in 2000 and a window replacement project in 2002.  Currently Vidaris is working with Moed de Armas & Shannon Architects as consultant and inspector for the replacement of 623 courtyard elevation windows and a façade recladding with metal panels that will include lot-line elevations.
