Digital Marketing Manager

Location(s): Boston, MA / New York, NY

Vidaris and its affiliates provide Building Envelope, Energy, Code, Dispute Resolution and Project Advisory consulting services supporting the development, construction, or redesign of assets in commercial market sectors.

Vidaris and its affiliates are joining SOCOTEC Group (parent company of Vidaris) to establish and create a powerful corporate and business content team, central to the Marketing and Communications Department.

The position will be in charge of building and managing a strong Digital Ecosystem working closely with Service Line Leaders, and the Marketing and Communications Department (at a national and international level).

The position is responsible for the development and management of our brand digital presence on the web and within social media platforms of the SOCOTEC brand in the USA. To ensure consistent and effective platforms for each service line, the role will need to establish a standard schedule of contact and a direct relationship with our technical teams and Service Line leaders.

Location: Boston, MA with routine travel to New York City.

Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Inventory current digital ecosystem and make recommendations for additional platforms or modifications to the existing structure.
  • Launch and manage our new website in close coordination with the Group and using Drupal CMS
  • Design, build and maintain our brand digital presence on the web and social media for a consistent and performing ecosystem.
  • Perform SEO audits before and after website launch.
  • Launch and manage our new website in close coordination with the Group using Drupal CMS.
  • Define customer centric user journey, multichannel, implementing web/app functionalities that will increase performance and UX.
  • Work with the Corporate proposal team to track leads and activities using established KPIs in our CRM.
  • In charge of Community Management and e-reputation tracking.
  • Maintain, update, feed SM and website.
  • Work with marketing and SL to implement digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEA, SM, etc.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaigns to keep them effective and on track.
  • Measure and report the performance of all campaigns and assess against business goals (ROI and KPIs via Google Analytics).
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption.

Qualifications:

  • College degree with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Digital skills : project management, functionalities, specifications, UAT, measure performance, digital communication, SEO, UX, etc.
  • At ease in an international context, able to manage projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strategic thinker able to translate this into practical, workable solutions.
  • Ability to multi-tsk and drive simultaneous projects to a timely completion.
  • Experienced with digital platforms (desktop and mobile) and social media platforms
  • Industry knowledge is an asset: building envelope, specialty engineering, infrastructure, energy & sustainability, project advisory, dispute resolution, code advisory
  • Highly organized, self-driven individual who works well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Good knowledge of CMS technologies and recent functionalities
  • Ability to be detail oriented as well as see the bigger picture.
  • Strong ability to network internally and externally for broader industry reach.
  • Flexibility to manage and adjust course as business needs change.
