The North Residential Village (Village at 115) at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH consists of seven residence "Houses". Houses 1-4, 6 and 7 pursued LEED Certification with House 5 receiving a separate LEED Gold. The energy analyses results showed that Houses 1-4, 6 and 7 save a total of 37.76 percent in energy costs over the ASHRAE 90.1 - 1999, which is equivalent to 6 LEED energy points. House 5 saves 41.01 percent over the ASHRAE 90.1, which is also equivalent to 6 LEED energy points. The professionals of Vidaris began work on this project while part of another company.
