The project is a mixed-use development, is located in the Madison Square North Historic District. The facade utilizes four materials: a “rainscreen” terracotta system, an opaque-baked and painted glass, clear glass, and silver metal panel coping. The development consisted of removing the four-story office building on the site in order to construct a twenty-story building housing retail on its ground floor in an aluminum clad, and a 46-unit residential space clad in a terra cotta rain guard system up through the fourteenth floor, with a window wall system taking over until its pinnacle point.
